Expansion

I've decided to expand my blog to cover anything I feel like writing about. I've received numerous requests from my audience to post more often, but since I was only concentrating on fitness, it was difficult to have something new and exciting to share with you on a regular basis.

That has all changed. Now you'll be able to read about my exciting life and experience all its incredible twists and turns.

I needed a new title, but I couldn't think of anything appropriate, so for now I'm just going to call it "Farmer Jon." This was my nickname in elementary school because I would literally wear OshKosh overalls EVERY DAY. Apparently, in third grade, this means you cultivate produce.

I am accepting suggestions for a different title. All submissions become the property of ME. If I decide to use your suggestion, I'll send you a t-shirt that says something witty like "Got Farmer Jon?" except I'll replace Farmer Jon with your title.
