Tentative Appointment
A customer made a "tentative" appointment for 10am today to have me put XM in his RX400h. I called the number he gave me yesterday to confirm he was coming, but I got his wife who didn't know anything about it. She promised to call her husband and have him call me back. I never heard from him. When I mentioned XM she said something about Willowbrook Mall, so maybe they made other plans?
I feel like doing some other stuff this morning, so it would be nice to know if this guy is coming. What do you think this all means? If you blow off calling back the guy you made an appointment with, is that just a rude way of making them go away? Or is he coming and didn't feel it necessary to make another call to confirm something he already thinks is on?
I guess I'll know in about 2 hours.

The dude didn't show up, so I called the guy and his wife answered. I told her who I was and asked to speak to the guy and she told him I was on the phone. Intead of getting on the phone to apologize, he told his wife to apologize and she said something had come up and they would have to reschedule. He didn't bother to do that on the phone and I never heard from the guy. I don't care if he didn't want to buy my stuff, but it's not cool to make me wait around for you and never call to cancel. Fucker.
