Lawn Care Software
I was drinking with my PruBeers buddies last night and one of them mentioned he knew a guy who just bought a Ford GT for something like $160,000. He asked the guy how it drove and the dude said he didn't know because he had it moved to his house by flatbed. He didn't plan to drive it. What a waste of money! What kind of person spends $160,000 on a car they won't drive.
I asked him what this guy did for a living, and it turns out he was a landscaper. I'm in the wrong business, apparently.
I've started to look around at how to manage such a business, and it seems like the best software for the job is Gopher. They've been around for 10 years and the screen shots look intuitive. I think this package would lend itself to maximum productivity. Plus, right now, their software is only $99.95. It's made by Ditech.
